Sir, I am from Youvaraz from Pondicherry.I would like to share my success stories through RTI, to you all.One of my friend who wanted to construct a new house in his plot. He approached the survey department for land demarcation. After a long period of repeated request in written, they somehow agree to demarcate the land and they visited the plot. But they failed to demarcate his plot stating the reason that the owner of the adjacent plot (who is politically influential person) had not permitted for survey.Finally, I advice my friend to use the RTI to ask the survey dept. authorities regarding this matter.After a month period, the Deputy collector of the region ordered the tahsildhar to inspect and survey the plot immediately with the police bandobust without fail.Now,his problem has over and he started constructing his house in that plot.
