My friend had a telephone coneection which he got disconnected and asked the b.s.n.l jammu and kashmir circle to refund his security deposit. They(b.s.n.l) did not refund his s.d but asked him to visit the office againn and again. He was tired and hopeless.

Then on his behalf i dreafted an application under rti act and soon he got his security deposit refunded.
