Treesa Irish

Treesa Irish v. Central Information Commission - writ challenging order of the Central Information Commission (CIC) denying access to photocopies of valued answersheets in departmental examination to the postwoman who appeared in the exam - grounds for rejection is that it is exempted under S. 8(1)(e) [information available in fiduciary relationship] and S. 8(1)(j) [personal information having no relation with public activity] - challenge on both merit and violation of natural justice - bias alleged as the commissioner who retired from same department heard the case.
