Apka Adhikar is an attempt to bring at a single place all cases decided by or pending decision in different High Courts in India or in Supreme Court of India, which give interpretation to any provision of the Right to Information Act. We try to upload writ petitions and all related documents related to these court cases till the case is decided. Court orders are also placed on the website.
